Dehumidifiers

Dehumidifier removes moisture from the air, thus lowering the humidity. It does this by condensing water onto a cold surface. This is a principle that we have all experienced. When you have an ice cold drink on a hot day, you notice water sweating on the outside of the glass simple word to say remove the moisture from the air is called dehumidification.

Our Dehumidifiers meet your every requirement. Flexibility in design and product adaptability perfectly fits every industry.  Each unit is individually constructed to meet your exact specifications.  Our portable Dehumidifiers, ductable systems are available from 40 Cfm to 3000 Cfm Air Flow Capacity units in our Vertical, Horizontal or Remote systems.

Components of  Dehumidifiers

Dehumidifiers are made up of many different parts depending upon the design.  Each Dehumidifier incorporates a compressor, condenser, evaporator, condenser fan, blower fan, defrost valve and timer, drain tray, expansion valve, desiccant rotor, HP & LP Cutouts, high pressure refrigerant relief valves, and filters, and fans.  Contact SANTHA ENGINEERING and one of our technical engineers will help you design one to meet your custom needs.

INDUSTRIAL DEHUMIDIFIER

Industrial DehumidifierScanair industrial dehumidifiers are engineered for demanding process drying applications and incorporate latest in the industry leading design and control. Package with enhanced futures and high performance refrigeration components are multiple refrigerant cooling injection technology used evaporator coil for optimum level dehumidification. Industrial Dehumidifiers are mainly used in Industrial Chemical Production, Pharmaceutical Production, Blister Packing Machine, Pouch Filling Machine, Printing Industries, Hospital Operation Theaters, Medical Equipments , MRI scan, CT scan, Pet Scan Rooms, pharmaceutical productions, Laboratories, R & D Labs, Food Processing Plants, Clean Rooms, Textile Plants, Food Drying, Packaging Areas.

HUMIDIFIERS

HumidifiersHumidifiers work by making water vapor through a rapidly turning disk within the water of the humidifier. Because the vapor from the machine is not heated, there is no risk of raising temperature inside the cold room or place.  Humidifiers are widely used in environment stability test chambers, humidity chambers. These devices are less likely to have a lot of mold and Vapor is made in these machines by using a heating element to cause steam. This method does not cause minerals to be dispersed in the air. So, tap water can often be used with these devices making them much less expensive to operate. Humidifiers play major role in certain industrial applications like Mushroom cultivation, Cold rooms, Dairy Industries, Food Industries, Vegetables and Flower Industries, Textile Plants, Agriculture , Floriculture, Tissue Culture, Fisheries, Automobiles, Agricultural Produce Storage Buildings

FRESH AIR SYSTEMS

Fresh Air SystemsFresh air systems is the process of “changing” or replacing air in any space to control temperature or remove moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust and airborne bacteria. Ventilation includes both the exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within the building. It is one of the most important factors for maintaining acceptable indoor air quality in the buildings. Methods for ventilating a building may be divided into mechanical/forced and natural types. Ventilation is used to remove unpleasant smells and excessive moisture, introduce outside air, and to keep interior building air circulating, to prevent stagnation of the interior air. Mechanical or forced ventilation “Mechanical” or “forced” ventilation is used to control indoor air quality Excess humidity, odors, and contaminants can often be controlled via dilution or replacement with outside air.

PORTABLE DEHUMIDIFIERS

Portable DehumidifiersScanair small portable dehumidifiers can be as effective as fixed units in most situations, but with several advantages. Being portable means you can move them around from room to room, where ever they are needed. These are also relatively cheap to buy. The highly efficient and compact Scanair utilizes refrigeration and internal air circulation to cool the incoming air stream below its dew point. After helping to cool the incoming air, the processed air is reheated by passing through the condenser coil. The heat removed by the evaporator coil is returned to the air stream, resulting in warm, filtered dry air returning to your home.
